GPA-Jakob Press Transfers are designed to transport parts stepwise in multi-station die sets. Uses range from traditional sheet metal forming applications to multi-station forging applications. The modular system allows the free-range versatility of multiple application modes as well as a quick and easy integration. This makes the application of GPA-Jakob transfers ideal for retro-fits and new press installations.
The following types are available
Transfers for Sheet-Metal-Forming

CNC - Transfers Type T2/T3
.... the flexible parts transport for your press

All axes are freely programmable and connected by an "electronic shaft". The operating surface on a panel PC convinces with the easy-to-understand symbols and an easy handling. The internal and external interfaces are made via a bus system. Electronically monitored gripper bar couplings allow shortest changeover times.

A wide range of mounting possibilities makes possible a concept tailored to your needs, whether for new or for existing presses.
