Computerized Numerically Controlled Machining Centre (CNC) prepared for large productions. Optionally, two moveable tables are available to allow an uninterrupted production. It mainly produces small or medium parts on wood, derived products and resins. Its main users are furniture manufacturers (classical, kitchen and bathroom furniture), manufacturers of modular parts and professionals of the funeral industry.
The FCF machine is designed for situations which require a high level of accuracy, quality and cost-effectivenes. The features of this machine make it ideal for working on large pieces. When two working tables are available, they can be programmed so that they operate separately, thus increasing the production, or so that both operate at the same time on large pieces.
Possibility of adapting optional aggregates to carry out all types of machining processes.
This model is extremely adaptable to customer's requirements. One can select from a large number of possibilities in order to obtain the most suitable machine:
-FCF machine with one working area and several heads
-FCF machine with two working areas and sevearl heads. Ideal for large scale productions. It offers the possibility of working simulataneouly on large parts.
-Revolutionary system for the funeral industry: coffin machining in one single run with high quality results and speed, thus permitting high production in minimum time.
